We are pleased to invite you to submit paper(s) to the International Symposium for Production Research 2018, ISPR2018. The symposium will be held at the TUtheSky in Getreidemarkt Campus of the TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology), from August 28-31, 2018.
The theme of this year is “Impacts of Industry 4.0 on Production Systems” The theme “Industry 4.0” had been the main theme of the last two symposiums, intending this year to focuse on the impacts of it on the sub-fields of Production Systems.
As we did in the last symposiums, we will organize special events on the theme, inviting keynote speakers and, organizing panel discussions, round tables and invited sessions and presentation sessions, seeking for best practices and case studies in all aspects of production and operations research areas.
This symposium has been organized seventeen times since 1997, each year by an esteemed university and “Üretim Araştırmaları Derneği” (Turkish Society for Production Research), the last one taking place at TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology) in 2017.
We kindly invite you to prepare and submit your papers on production and operations research areas, together with papers around “Impacts of Industry 4.0 on Production Systems”. We, especially, welcome the papers of researchers from various engineering fields on the applications of Industry 4.0. and encourage multidisiplinary teams to submit their papers to ISPR2018.
