Each paper received by the announced deadline and complying with the formating instructions in Full Paper Template will be reviewed by two reviewers in a process of double-blind. In reviewing, the following criteria will be taken into consideration: paper’s contribution level to the field, validity of the conclusions,and application aspect of the paper in the industry. Accepted papers will be appear in the Symposium Proceedings. published by Springer Verlag.. Outstanding symposium papers will be recommended for publication in selected journals.
All proceedings are published by Springer Verlag are indexed by SCOPUS (www.scopus.com ) and ISI (www.isi-web.org/) Web of Science. If the author makes some changes in his/her paper and send it to a journal, that paper is published in that journal as an article.
